Jackie Nofal is a San Diego native with a lifelong passion for real estate. Her career began early, working alongside her father, a certified local real estate appraiser with more than 30 years of experience. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the different neighborhoods throughout San Diego County. She uses home valuation and appraisal expertise to clearly explain the market to buyers and sellers, helping them understand true property value and make confident decisions with accurate pricing. 

After earning her B.A. at UC San Diego, Jackie began her career in new home sales before transitioning into acquisitions and sales for a realtor and investor. Here she was able to gain expertise in sales and negotiation while working with numerous buyers and sellers. She identified properties in many different areas of San Diego that had strong potential and was able to transform a number of them with her interior design skills into homes she knew buyers would love. 

Combining extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills with a sharp eye for homes that feel stylish, warm and welcoming, Jackie understands what residential home buyers and sellers need at every stage of the process and guides them through their real estate journey with clarity, confidence and ease.
